We install many different felt roofing systems at varying costs which also offer guarantees of 10, 15, 20 and now even 25 years, which are generally 2 layer high performance torch on roofing systems, in addition to these we offer single layer over lay systems and warm or cold roof options.

Single Ply EPDM

EPDM is a single ply membrane meaning a single layer roofing system, made from rubber with a fleece backing giving a greater strength and durability, it will not crack or tear and is UV and ozone resistant and Eco friendly.

EPDM Rubber is ideal for new and refurbishment work with no heat used in its application it is ideal for use in areas where traditional heat welded systems cannot be used. EPDM Rubber has a 50 year life expectancy and carries a 20 year guarantee.
